These sessions are usually fully booked for weeks, and so you will have to take an appointment well in advance. Please carry all the relevant documents on the appointed day.

Former Central Information Commissioner Shailesh Gandhi and other eminent RTI activists such as Anil Galgali, who has exposed many corrupt practices, are available to offer free guidance on RTI queries. You can learn the basics of the RTI Act and how to file effective RTI applications. They also explain the various practical nuances of the RTI Act. If you need expert guidance on how to utilise the RTI Act effectively, these sessions will be immensely useful to you.

On Tuesday between 4-6pm, we offer guidance on all issues related to banking, life insurance, mediclaim, conciliation under RERA and fraudulent transactions on Credit/Debit cards from our experts Abhay Datar, retired banker from Bank of Baroda and AV Shenoy, retired engineer from L&T.
